摘要 对铁钉菜([shige okamura)的乙醚和乙醇总提取物及其不同极性的革取物的抗生活性进行了测定,包括对细菌、真菌及藻类的抑制作用.结果表明,铁钉菜的乙醚、乙醇总提取物具有较高的抑制细菌活性,对海洋小球藻(Chlorellaspp)和球形棕囊藻(Phaeocytisglobosa)亦有良好的抑制作用.铁钉菜不同极性溶剂的苹取物表现出不同的抗生活性,其中氯仿相抑制细菌的能力最高,正丁醇相对真菌菌丝的抑制效果最好,而有抑藻活性的成分则主要集中在低极性的石油醚相和氯仿相中,氯仿相对供试细菌生长的最小抑菌质量浓度为3.125~12.500mg/mL.采用薄层层析分离氯仿组分得到6个条带,其中的Rf0.79带的抑菌效果最好. The ethanol-ether crude extract and different extractive fractions of Ishige okarnura were tested for their antibiotic activities against some fungi, bacteria and algae. The results showed that crude extract had a good antibacterial activity and effective resistance to the growth of Phaeocytis globosa and Chlorella spp. There were different antibiotic activities in extractive fractions with different solvents. Chloroform extract had the strongest inhibition to bacteria, n-butyl alcohol extract had the strongest resistance to the growth of hypha, petroleum ether extract and chloroform extract were good in restraining the growth of Phaeocytis globosa and Chlorella spp. The MIC of chloroform extract to the different tested bacterium is from 3. 125 to 12. 500 mg/mL. Six fractions were got using the thin layer chromatography (TLC) to separate chloroform extract and the best antibacterial activity was fund in the fraction Rf0.79.
