摘要
在生物膜反应器(无纺滤布作填料)中,研究不同进水基质Ca/P质量比对厌氧氨氧化活性的影响。结果表明,四号反应器(Ca/P=7)运行效果最好;三号反应器(Ca/P=5)NO2--N去除率波动剧烈,稳定性差;一号(Ca/P=0.5)及二号反应器(Ca/P=1)ANAMMOX活性不高,NH4+-N、NO2--N去除率长期低于40%,可见低Ca/P比不利于本试验中厌氧氨氧化活性的正常发挥,甚至产生抑制作用。四号反应器负荷提高阶段,HRT最终缩短为6h,运行效果稳定,最高氮去除负荷达到0.618kg-N·m-3·d-1,而且NO3--N产生量小于根据Strous总结的ANAMMOX反应方程式的理论计算值。
The influence of Ca/P mass ratio on Activity of ANAMMOX Sludge was studied in four membrane batch reactors, which filled with porous non-woven fabric carriers as a fixed bed for ANAMMOX bacteria at the temperature of 35-37℃. The results showed that during the whole operating period reactor 4(Ca/P=7) performed best compared to the others, reactor 3(Ca/P=5) had a heavily varied nitrite removal rate resulting in bad operation stabilization and reactor 1as well as reactor 2(Ca/P=0.5, 1) had the removal rate of NH4^+ -N and NO2^- -N lower than 40%, which demonstrated that low Ca/P mass ratio took negative effect on activity of ANAMMOX sludge. To attain higher nitrogen removal performance, hydraulic retention time (HRT) was reduced to 6 h finally in reactor 4 with influent ammonium and nitrite concentration of 70-80 mg·L^-1, reaching a removal rate of 0.618 kg·m^-3·d^-1. Miraculously, the amount of nitrate production was lower than that calculated theoretically according to ANAMMOX equation by Strous.
