There exists close relation between the revolution of science and technology and sustainable development. The sustainable development which is called the greatest discovery in the 10th century is the result of development of science and technology. The basis for coming out of the thought of sustainable development is the devolopment and advancement of science and technology. It is impossible for the thought occuring in the times of asserting 'earth being the center of universe'. In today's high-Tech time we should have a new development philosophy: the strategy of sustainable development is the guarantee of the further development of science and technology. while the sustainable development must rely on the progresses of science and technology.
