黄土高原地区农业持续发展必由之路——三论黄土高原国土整治28字方略

The Only Way of Sustainable Agriculture Development on Loess Plateau ------The Third Discussion on the 28 Words Strategy for Land Management on Loess Plateau

基于对群众实践经验的总结和科学理论方面的系统研究,在确认黄土高原形成及其演变过程的基础上提出今后国土整治28字方略,论述了实施方略的必要性、紧迫性和可行性;提出实施“方略”需要深入研究的问题,并提出了若干建议。

Based on analysis of formation and development of Loess Plateau, research, practice and summarization, a 28 words strategy for land realignment was presented. The necessity, feasibility and immitigability as well as further research aspects are suggested.
