摘要 蓝光激光源和全息存储预示着未来光学数据存储中高记录密度的实现。倍频晶体和光折变晶体因其独特的光功能将在光存储领域中起重要作用。我们强调两种重要的非线性光学晶体一KLN和Ce:SBN,它们正在Data Storage Institute被生长和研究。简要介绍了这两种晶体的性能和现状,并分别与两种著名的KN和Fe:LN晶体作了比较。 The blue laser source and the holographic storage promise high recording density in future optical data storage. The frequency-doubling crystal and photorefractive crystal will play an important role in this area due to their unique optical functions . We highlight two important nonlinear optical crystals-KLN and Ce : SBN, which are being grown and studied at DSI. The properties and current status of these two crystals are briefly introduced, and compared with two well-known KN and Fe: LN crystals, respectively.
