摘要 目的:通过测定小鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量来研究鄂产竹节参多糖对小鼠抗衰老的作用。方法:取昆明种小鼠按体质量随机分组,分别给予生理盐水、D-半乳糖、香菇菌多糖、竹节参多糖。连续给药灌胃60d后,检测相关衰老指标。结果:各剂量组能提高小鼠血液中SOD、CAT的活性,并能降低MDA的含量,以中剂量组作用差异有极显著性。结论:鄂产竹节参多糖类成分具有较好的消除自由基、抗衰老的作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the anti-aging effect of polysaccharides from Hubei Panax Japonicus on model mice by measuring MDA levels, SOD and CAT activities in mice blood. METHODS Random groups were prepared by weight for 7 groups and were given with NaCl liquor,D-galactose, letinan and polysaccharides from PanaxJaponicus. Interrelated senile indexes were measured after successively treatment for 60 days. RESULTS Every dose group was able to improve the activities of SOD and CAT and decrease the level of MDA in the blood of all mice. The effect of anti-aging was very obvious in middle. CONCLUSION The polysaccharides from Panax japonicus is able to postpone senility through eliminating free radicals.
