摘要
分析了导流板自身的结构特点,考虑了循环气体沿导流板四周的流动,采用流动阻力分析和预测校正方法,对炉内循环气体流量分配进行了模型化,并对影响流动分配的相关影响因素(循环气体成分、温度、循环流量、壁面粗糙度和炉台底部导流器的出口角度)进行了敏感性测试.模型化结果与CFD软件模拟结果及现场流场测试结果基本一致,同时壁面粗糙度在低于0.002 m的范围内对循环气体流量的分配影响较为明显,而高于0.002 m的范围内对循环气体流量的分配影响较小,其余因素对炉内循环气体的流量分配影响较小.
The distribution of flux for circulation gas was modeled based on the analysis of the design feature for guide plate and taking into consideration of flow characteristic around the guide plate. The modeled method was based on adopting the analysis method of flow resistance and the predictor corrector method. In addition, the sensitivity test of the correlated influencing factor including protective gas composition, temperature, flow, roughness and outflow angle of base were carried out. The results obtained from the modeling method are in fair agreement with the results obtained from the CFD simulation and the field test. Also the sensitivity test results presented the influence of the influencing factor can be ignored besides the roughness, which obviously influences the flow distribution when it is less than 0. 002 m and can be ignored when greater than 0. 002 m.
