摘要
以麻黄碱水溶液为分散相,甲苯为萃取剂,选用往复筛板萃取塔作为萃取设备,进行麻黄碱水溶液的萃取试验研究及工业化应用研究。往复筛板萃取塔萃取周期短,溶剂使用量少,处理量大,萃取效率和萃取质量较高。
The paper described the experimental research and industrialized application on the solvent extraction of dilute aqueous solution of ephedrine (as the distributed phase), in which toluene was selected as the extractant and the reciprocating-plate extraction column was adopted. Reciprocating-plate extraction column had the following advantages: short extraction cycle, small volumn of solvent to deal with a large amount of dilute aqueous solution of ephedrine with higher extraction efficiency and quality.
