摘要
《核电中长期发展规划》确定了"坚持核燃料闭合循环的技术路线"。为了量化评价核燃料循环工业,引入绿色供应链的思想,对核燃料循环工业的各个环节进行了详细的量化核算,初步建立了核电绿色供应链成本核算体系。
The technical guidance of closed nuclear fuel cycle was established in Medium and Long-Term Nuclear Power Development Program. Based on that, the concept of green supply chain was introduced to conduct quantitative assessment for each link of the nuclear fuel cycle industry. The cost accounting system for the green supply chain of nuclear power was also constructed.
