摘要
介绍了华东电网与天荒坪电站的概况。阐述了天荒坪电站在华东电网运行中调峰、事故备用、调频、调相、黑启动等作用,指出优化调度可以更好地发挥其作用。
The status quo of East China Power Grid and Tianhuangping Pumped-Storage Power Station were presented. The roles of Tianhuangping Pumped-Storage Power Station in peak regulation, emergency reserve, frequency regulation, phase modulation, and black-start for East China Power Grid were illuminated. It was pointed out that its advantages can be made full use of through optimal dispatching.
