Anti-seismic performance of high voltage circuit breakers

摘要 高压电瓷型电气设备的地震易损性极高,而抗震研究较少。选取一种在500 kV线路中常用的瓷柱式FS6断路器,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行自振特性分析;并用反应谱法对其进行抗震性能分析。结果表明:该设备强度可抵抗8度地震,9度时不满足强度要求。还提出了模型建立过程中应注意的问题,并提出了几点展望。为电瓷型电气设备的减隔震设计提供理论参考。 High voltage electric equipment with bushings are subject to earthquake damage, however, not much related research is available. In this paper, ANSYS was used to analyze the free vibration characteristics of a kind of SF6 circuit breakers with bushings which are often used in 500 kV lines, and the circuit breaker's anti-seismic performance was analyzed with the response spectrum method. The results showed that the equipment can resist the strength of 8 degree earthquakes. Problems that should be noted during modeling and suggestions on future research were proposed.
