摘要
介绍了目前全球清洁发展机制(CDM)项目开发及当前CDM的国际政策与形势,结合我国CDM项目开发特点,重点分析了我国垃圾发电CDM项目开发的现状,并提出了当前我国垃圾发电CDM项目开发存在的问题。在此基础上,从不同角度对我国垃圾焚烧发电CDM项目开发的前景进行了分析,得出结论与建议。
Based on the current situation of global clean development mechanism （ CDM ） project development and international policies, the status quo of waste power generation CDM project development in China was presented, and related problems were analyzed. The development prospect of waste power generation CDM projects in China was analyzed, and suggestions were proposed.
