摘要
对外高桥电厂3号机组给水AVT(O)与AVT(R)两种化学水工况下的水汽系统各项技术指标进行了全面的比较。大量数据表明:采用AVT(O)处理,给水铁要小于AVT(R);金相分析显示:在AVT(O)给水工况下,省煤器和水冷壁管氧化膜要比AVT(R)处理更为致密。研究成果为全面推广和应用给水AVT(O)处理技术奠定了基础。
The quality of the feed water under AVT(O) and AVT(R) treatments is analyzed, and a comprehensive comparison of the chemical parameters obtained was carried out to study the influence of each treatment. The conclusion indicates that the iron concentration of the feed water under AVT(O) is lower than that under AVT( R), and the results of the metallographic analysis also show thatthe oxidized film formed under AVT(O) is more compact than that under AVT(R).
