摘要
利用氢氧化钙处理含氟废水,通过试验分析氢氧化钙投加量、pH值、振荡时间、沉淀时间对去除反应的影响,并设计正交实验以寻找最佳工艺参数,结果表明在氢氧化钙投加2.5 kg/t、pH为11、搅拌20 min,沉降60 min等条件下,对含F-量达1 000mg/L的废水具有较好的去除效果,去除率达97.45%。
The calcium hydroxides were applied in treating fluoride-contained wastewater. The reaction mechanism of calcium hydroxide was investigated. The test showed that the removal rates were largely affected by the cast of calcium hydroxide, the pH value, the time of vibration and the time of subsidence. In order to improve the removal rates and to find the optimum condition, the orthogonal experiments were made. When stirring 2.5 kg/t calcium hydroxide with the pH of 11 for 20 min, and subsidence it for 60 min, the best result was obtained to the waste water which contains F- 1000 mg/L, the removal rates reached 97.45%.
