摘要
研制了一种新型的聚胺抑制剂UHIB,其理化性能与国外同类产品ULTRAHIB基本一致,将UHIB引入PLUS/KCl钻井液中优化出了一套聚胺UHIB强抑制性聚合物钻井液体系,其配方组成为:3%海水土般土浆+0.2%NaOH+0.15%Na2CO3+1.5%聚合物降滤失剂+0.5%JMHYJ+2%LSF-1+0.15%XC-H+0.5%UHIB+0.4%PLH石灰石调密度至1.20g/cm3,该体系具有良好的流变性、降滤失封堵性、强抑制性,并具有很好的储层保护效果和较好的应用价值。
A new polyamine inhibiting agent UHIB was developed,its physical-chemical property were consistent with a foreign product ULTRADRIL.A set of polyamine UHIB high inhibitive polymer drilling fluids were optimized by introducing UHIB in PLUS/KCl drilling fluid.Its formula included:3% sea water + bentonite slurry +0.2% NaOH +0.15%Na2CO3 +1.5% polymeric fluid loss agent +0.5% JMH YJ +2% LSF-1 +0.15%XC-H +0.5%UHIB +0.4% PLH chalkstone thickened to 1.20g/cm3.The system has a good lithology,a good sealing property and ultra-high inhibition,it also has a high effectiveness of reservoir protection and good application.
