摘要
通过原油简易蒸馏实验对某炼厂提供的各种石脑油的馏分范围进行了测试,并用气相色谱仪对石脑油化学物质组成进行了详细分析。结果表明,抽余油主要馏程范围在60~100℃,物质组成中C6组分含量高达75%,且主要为异己烷(53%)和己烷(20%),芳烃和硫含量分别为1.3%和1mg/L,可用以生产低芳烃6号抽提溶剂油及窄馏分高纯度异己烷/己烷油,从而提高溶剂油产品的市场竞争力和经济效益,并探讨了窄馏分低芳烃溶剂油生产工艺技术。
After testing the fraction range of various naphtha provided by a refinery and analyzing in detail the chemical substance structure of naphtha by gas chromatograph,the result showed that the main fraction of raffinate oil ranges 60~100℃,content of C6 shared 75% in substance structure with isohexane(53%)and hexane(25%),while aromatic hydrocarbon and sulfur were 1.3% and 1mg/L respectively.It is recommended to produce 6# extract solvent and close-cut fraction high-purity isohexane/hexane to enhance the competitiveness and economic benefit of solvent.And the manufacturing technology of close-cut fraction and low aromatic hydrocarbon solvent is discussed also.
