摘要
目的探讨癃闭消胶囊对BPH大鼠模型内皮素-1表达的影响,为中药癃闭消胶囊治疗BPH寻找新的治疗靶点。方法应用免疫组化方法对空白组、模型组、癃闭消高、低剂量组大鼠前列腺组织中ET-1分别进行免疫组化染色,在光镜下观察染色部位及强度,采用NIS-Elements(Br)图像分析系统对结果进行半定量分析。结果ET-1在模型组高表达,在癃闭消高、低剂量组表达明显降低(高剂量组P<0.01;低剂量组P<0.05)。结论癃闭消胶囊可显著降低ET-1在BPH组织中的表达水平,推测其可能为癃必消胶囊治疗前列腺增生的又一作用机制。
Objective To investigate the effects of Long Bi Xiao(LBX) capsule on expressions of Endothelin- 1 in rat modes with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Methods Expressions of Endothelin- 1 in prostate tissue of rats in contral group, model group, LBX high-does group and LBX low-dose group rats were respectively examined by immunohistochemitry, The intensity of staining was analyzed by NIS-Elements (Br) image system. Results Expression of Endothlin-1 in rats prostate tissue of model group were significantly higher than that of LBX high-dose group or LBX low-dose group (vs LBX high-dose P〈0.01; vs LBX low-dose P〈0.05). Conclusion LBX capsule might downregulated the expressions of endothelin- 1 in rats prostate tissue and presume it could be a new mechanism for LBX capsule.
