摘要
桑黄是具有抗肿瘤等生理活性的针层孔菌属真菌,包括火木针层孔菌、鲍氏针层孔菌等多种针层孔菌属种类,具有很大的药用价值。试验测定了一种新分离的火木针层孔菌CBL菌株的ITS序列,并与其他18份近缘材料进行了聚类分析,构建了系统进化树,初步探讨了针层孔菌属的系统发育关系。结果表明,在95%相似水平上,18份针层孔菌属材料可聚类为两大类群;火木针层孔菌CBL菌株被聚类在第Ⅱ大类群中。由系统发育树推断针层孔菌属可能是多源进化的。
The internal transcribed sequence(ITS) of the CBL strain of Phellinus igniarius was assayed and analysed together with other 18 materials, and thus the phylogenetic tree was built by using DNAMAN biosoft. The results suggested that based on 95% similarity level, all species of genus Phellinus are clustered into two groups and the experimental CBL strain of P. igniarius is in group Ⅱ. The phylogenetic tree indicates that genus Phellinus is probably polyphyletie.
