摘要
采用有机溶剂沉淀法、溶媒萃取法和大孔吸附树脂法对枯草芽孢杆菌B36菌株发酵产生的抑菌活性成分进行初步提取。结果表明,有机溶剂沉淀法和溶媒萃取法提取抗菌成分的能力较低,而大孔吸附树脂法提取抗菌成分能力强。因此选择大孔树脂HP20进行吸附,以75%乙醇为洗脱剂进行动态解吸初步提取枯草芽孢杆菌B36菌株的抗菌成分。
The antifungal substances of Baciliius subtilis B36 strain were extracted by organic solvents precipitates, solvents extraction and macroporous adsorption resin methods. The extraction effect of macroporous adsorption resin method was better than that of other methods. So macroporous resin HP20 was adopted to adsorb the antifungal substances of Baciliius subtilis B36 and 75% ethanol was selected for desorption of the antifungal substances in dynamic experiment.
