小叶海金沙配子体发育和快速繁殖研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用土壤法培养和组织培养的方法,分析小叶海金沙配子体的发育和快速繁殖技术。研究发现小叶海金沙的孢子呈金黄色,极面观钝三角形,赤道观为半圆形或圆形,三裂缝。孢子萌发类型为书带蕨型,原叶体发育类型为铁线蕨型。在1/4MS培养基上,其增殖率最高。 Gametophytic development and rapid-proliferation techniques of Lygodium scandens (Linn.) Sw. were studied. The process of spore germination and gametophytie development were observed and recorded. The spores were gold, blunt triangular polar view, the equator concept as a semicircular or circular and three cracks. The pattern of spore germination was the Anemiatype and the gametophyte development was the Adiantum-type. Lygodium scandens(Linn.) Sw. was cultured with tissue culture for rapid propagation, and the optimal medium for prothallium grows and young sporophyte multiplication was 1/4 MS medium.
