Extraction of Polyphenols from Rhodobrryum roseum Limp by Propyl-alcohol Ammonium Sulfate Aqueous Two-phase System Coupling with Ultrasonic

摘要 利用丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系与超声耦合对回心草中多酚进行提取分离。通过单因素试验与正交试验得出提取回心草多酚的最佳条件为丙醇用量7mL,硫酸铵用量5.5g,超声时间30min,多酚得率为0.081%。将该方法与有机溶剂回流提取法进行了比较,结果表明两种方法提取率相当,但本法提取时间短,操作简单,条件温和。 Propyl-alcohol ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system coupling with ultrasonic was used in the extraction and separation of polyphenols from Rhodobrryum roseum Limp was studied. The optimum extracting conditions were confirmed through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment; the polyphenols rate was 0.081% under the optimum condition (30% propyl-alcohol, solid-liquid ratio 1:27 (g:mL)and 25 min). The results indicated that the extracting ratios of this method and organic solvent circumfluent extraction method were almost the same. The reaction time in this proposed method was shorter, operation was simpler, and the experiment condition was mild.
