摘要 根据电磁泵原理研制开发了铝合金用电磁充型铸造装置,通过对该装置的工艺参数测定和实验数据处理并结合数学分析的方法,建立了电磁泵工作流量与净压头等之间的关系式,制定了涡轮增压器叶轮的电磁充型石膏型低压铸造工艺,并进行了实际浇注生产。应用结果表明,采用该技术生产的增压器叶轮不仅综合性能良好,且成品率明显提高。 Based on principle of electromagnetic pump, the aluminum low-pressure casting device with electromagnetic pump was developed. Through experimenting and experimental data treatment, the relation between the work flow rate and the net pressure head and the process of low pressure casting with electromagnetic pump for the turbo-charge blade wheel were established. The results show that the turbo-charge blade wheel praduced by the technology not only the functions are good, but also the product qualified is high.
