摘要
面畸变是汽车外覆盖件成形中的重要缺陷,通过工艺措施来减小和控制面畸变是解决面畸变问题最有效的途径。以矩形单曲柱面扁壳为模型,研究了其拉深件面畸变缺陷问题,提出了面畸变控制过程中的局部加压工艺,并进一步利用数值模拟方法研究了局部加压工艺消除面畸变的机理,从而为汽车覆盖件面畸变的工程控制提供了基本依据。
The surface deflection is an important disadvantage in the automobile outer panels forming. It could be controlled effectively through forming process. A model of cylinder shallow shell was established, and surface deflection for drawing parts were studied. The local force technique on surface deflection was presented. The distribution of surface deflection and residual stress in the cylinder shallow shell was investigated by numerical simulation, and mechanism for the elimination of the surface deflection was presented by the local force technique, which give a basic reference for controlling auto-body panel surface deflection.
