摘要
介绍了一种新型的变断面管无模拉伸成形方法。在无模拉伸过程中,采用感应加热线圈对拉伸材管局部快速加热至高温,然后以一定速度拉伸管材,与此同时,感应线圈以一定速度移动。由于断面减缩率仅由二者速度比值决定,所以在拉伸过程中连续改变速度比值就可以得到变断面管。该方法工艺合理,设备简单,具有很好的实用价值。
A new method for making arbitrary section tube was introduced. In dieless forming process, a drawing pipe was locally heated to a high temperature by an induction heating coil, then it was pulled at a velocity, in the meantime, the heating coil was moved at a velocity. Since the reduction of area was determined solely by the velocity ratio of them, a tapered pipe could be obtained by changing the ratio of two velocities during the deformation. The dieless drawing technique is reasonable, the equipment is simple and it has the practical value.
