摘要
线性摩擦焊(LFW)作为一种相对较新的固相连接技术,具有一系列独特的优点。它可以焊接通常用熔焊方法难以焊接的铝合金、钛合金等,尤其是在非轴对称焊件的摩擦焊中拥有巨大潜力。本文主要介绍了线性摩擦焊的工艺过程、接头组织、力学性能以及各种影响因素,最后综述了线性摩擦焊在国内外的研究应用现状。
Linear friction welding (LFW), as a relatively new solid-state joining technique, has a lot of particular advantages. It can be used to weld aluminum alloys and titanium alloys, which are difficult for fusion welding. It especially has great potentials in friction welding of non-axisyrnmetric components. The process, joint microstrueture, mechanical property and influencing factors of LFW were mainly introduced and the research status and application of LFW both home and abroad were summarized.
