Present Status of Research on Welding Technique For Al/Cu Dissimilar Materials

介绍了目前铝/铜焊接常见的焊接方法,阐述了各种方法的特点、应用及研究现状。铝/铜熔焊难度较大,应用较少。热压焊、摩擦焊、超声波焊等方法焊接质量较好,但成本较高。电阻焊接铝/铜管现已取得突破性进展,在生产中得到大量应用。钎焊由于自身的优点受到广泛关注,近年来成为研究的热点。电阻焊和钎焊有可能成为铝/铜焊接的发展方向。

Many kinds of welding methods were introduced for Al/Cu dissimilar materials, including fusion welding, pressure welding, friction welding, explosive welding, diffusion welding, ultrasonic welding, stored energy welding, resistance welding, brazing, and so on. The characteristics and present research situation of these welding methods were expounded. Fusion welding isn＇t mostly applied because it is greatly difficult to weld Al/Cu dissimilar materials by the fusion welding. The joint quality is excellent by heat pressure welding, friction welding, ultrasonic welding, and so on, but the cost is very high. At present, resistance welding has obtained the huge success to weld Al/Cu dissimilar material tubes and is applied in the many factories. In recent years, brazing becomes the hot research spot by many fine characteristics. Resistance welding and brazing possibly become the development trend.
