摘要
分析了物流产业发展与政府的关系,指出在物流产业的发展中,市场机制的作用是主要的,但政府行为的影响也极其重要,市场机制的作用和政府的参与作用应形成互补;政府通过产业政策所发挥的影响和作用始终存在,建立成熟的现代物流产业需要政府介入其中并发挥重要作用;并针对我国物流产业发展过程中存在的问题提出了政策建议。
The paper analyzes the relationship between logistics industry development mad the government, points out that the role of market mechanism is dominant while the behavior effect of the government is also very important. The role of market mechanism and the role of the government are mutual complementary. The impact of industrial policies of the government is existing from beginning to the end and based on the problems existing in the development of logistics industry it gives out some suggestions.
