摘要
为了控制大规模定制供应链MTO和MTS两个主生产节点的牛鞭效应和库存大小,研究了自动渠道的、基于库存和定购(APIOBPCS)的生产控制方法,建立了基于此方法的供应链补货模型。该模型与周期盘存补货模型相比,牛鞭效应得到一定的控制,但在一定的终端客户需求下,库存不但没有减小,反而增加。因此对APIOBPCS补货策略进行了一定的变形,提出了使用变形前后APIOBPCS补货策略的条件。分析了三个关键控制参数对APIOBPCS补货策略牛鞭效应的影响。最后建立了需求信息共享的改进优化模型,使供应链系统牛鞭效应和库存得到进一步的改善。
To control bullwhip effect and inventory for two production nodes, MTO and MTS, of mass customization supply chain, APIOBPCS (Automatic Pipeline, Inventory and Order-based Production Control System) is studied. Supply chain production control and inventory replenish- ment model based on APIOBPCS is established. The model based on APIOBPCS replenishment policy can strikingly alleviate the negative bull- whip effect existing in order-up-to policy, but inventory may be increased. To decrease inventory, APIOBPCS replenishment policy is trans- formed. The applying condition of APIOBPCS replenishment policy is proposed. The effects of three key control parameters on the bullwhip effect are researched and the demand information sharing model is constructed.
