摘要
分析了电煤供应链整合的必要性,提出了根据整合理论优化电煤供应链,进一步结合电煤供应链的实际情况,探讨了基于供应链整合理论的电煤供应链整合的内容和层次,最后从战略层、战术层以及操作层三个方面研究电煤供应链的整合。
The paper analyzes the necessity of integrating power-coal supply chain, optimizes the power-coal suply chain based on the theory of integration, discusses the contents and level of power-coal supply chain integration and studies the power-coal supply chain integration from three aspects： strategy, tactics and operation.
