摘要
简要介绍了SPS物料配送方式的内涵及原理,并在此基础上介绍了一汽轿车推进SPS的具体过程和实施效果,指出了面对多品种混流生产方式下的复杂的汽车物流应走精益的路子,推行SPS方式。
The paper introduces briefly the connotation and principle of SPS （Set Parts Supply）, describes how the 1st Automobile Manufacturing Group to promote the SPS mode and its effect and considers that in the light of the complex automobile logistics with multi-item mixed flow, lean logistics is an effective way and the SPS mode should be promoted.
