According to the actuality of China, the paper proposes the following principles which should be followed in the process of construction and development of military logistics equipment, namely, insisting on ＇theory at first and scientific development＇, ＇clear goal and overall planning＇, ＇based on the practice and stable promotion＇, ＇equipment construction puts talents at first＇ and ＇integration armed forces with local authority and coordinated development＇.
