运动与动脉粥样硬化研究的动物模型质量思考与分析 被引量:1

摘要 由于动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的发病机制非常复杂,需借助动物模型以简化条件,有目的地研究AS的发病机制和治疗方法。AS的形成是一个长期的、渐进的过程,从脂纹、纤维斑块、粥样斑块到最后的复合病变,每个阶段都有特定的形态和病理特征。寻求一种与人类的发病过程、病理特征相似的动物模型是研究工作开展的前提条件。模型的适用性、可靠性和可行性直接关系到实验结果的科学性。
