猪血浆含铁量变化及其与增重速度关系的研究

STUDIES ON PLASMA IRON CONCENTRATION VARIATION AND ITS RELATION TO DAILY GAIN IN PIGS

用原子吸收分光光度计测定了二花脸猪不同时期血浆含铁量的动态变化,并分析了猪血浆含铁量与体重及日增重的相关性。结果表明:猪血浆含铁量随日龄增长而呈规律性变化,总趋势是哺乳仔猪高于后备猪。后者又高于成年猪,成年后基本稳定。猪血浆含铁量遗传力在0.2641-0.4025之间。15、45及60日龄的血浆含铁量与猪体重和日增重显著相关(p<0.05):某些早龄期血浆含铁量与随后的体重和日增重有较高相关。

Plasma iron concentrations(PIC) in Er-Hua-Lian pigs at various stages were measured by the atomic absorption spectra. The relation of PIC to body weight, daily gain of pigs were assessed. The results showed that PIC of nursing piglets was higher than those of both growing pigs and adults, and PIC of growing pigs was also higher than that of adults. Heritabilities of PIC at various stages ranged from 0.2641 to 0.4025. There were significant positive correlations (p>0.05) between PIC and body weight, daily gain at 15, 45, 60 days of age. There were some significant gentic and phenotypic correlations between PIC at 15, 45, 60 days of age and body weight, daily gain at 60,180 days of age.
