苏新棕壳蛋鸡自别雌雄配套系的研究——配套纯系(苏新A、B、C、D系)的培育

STUDIES OF BROWN EGG LAYER LINES WITH SEXING SUXIN—DEVELOPMENT OF PURELINES SUXIN A,B,C AND D

应用伴性遗传原理,以引进的鸡种为材料,根据其特点分成4个类型,分别采用自群繁殖、回交、测交等方法逐步提高基因纯合率,建立基本群.在选育过程中,大量繁殖,加大选择压,并建立若干家系,采用家系选择和个体选择相结合的方法,培育成功了苏新A、B、C、D4个纯系,A、B系带有纯合金色基因(ss),C、D系带来纯合银色基因(SS).各系500日龄入舍母鸡产蛋量均在210枚以上,蛋重57g以上,受精率90-95％,产蛋期淘汰率5-7％,蛋料比1:2.8左右。

Brown egg layer purelines with scxing SUXIN A,B,C and D had been successfully developed by family and individual selection according to the principle of sex-linked inher- itance. Exotic chicken breeds were taken as breeding materials which were divided into four types. Purebreeding, backeross and testcross were used respectively so that the purity of genes could be gradually increased and the basal groups could be built. The several family lines were dcveloped by severe selevtion from large reproduction. The line A and B were pure in gold color gene (s), thus the line C and D were pure in silver color gene (S). Egg production of a housing hen in each line in 500 days was all more than 210 and egg weight was over 57g. Fertility of the eggs was 90 to 95 percent, culling rate during laying term was about 5 to 7 percent and egg/feed rate was 1/2.8.
