摘要
素质教育的本质在于人的全面发展,其真正价值取向就是人的素质养成和个性塑造,就是全面发展人的价值实现。从人学角度看,素质教育是全面提高人的能力、培养人的独立个性、实现人的可持续发展的根本途径。
The essence of quality education is the aU-round development. Its real value is to develop the quality of people and shape the personality. And it is to realize the value of the all-round development of people. From the perspective of Human Science, the quality of education is a fundamental way to enhance a comprehensive human capacity, to cultivate an independent personality and to achieve the sustainable development.
