两种常见术式治疗先天性上睑下垂的meta分析

A meta--analysis of the curative effect of congenital blepharoptosis by two normal surgical techniques

目的：比较提上睑肌缩短术和额肌瓣悬吊术治愈率及有效率的差别。方法：采用meta分析方法，统计分析了1990年至2007年在国内外期刊上发表的具有可比性的7篇文章。结果：通过对7个研究两种手术方式疗效的对比分析，两种术式有效率之问并无明显差别。但额肌瓣悬吊术的治愈效果优于提上睑肌缩短术。结论：额肌瓣悬吊术对于天性上睑下垂的手术矫治先多能取得较好的临床效果，适用于早期治疗儿童重度先天性上睑下垂。

Objective： To compare the curative effect in treatment of congenital blepharoptosis by two surgical techniques. Method Using the Meta--analysis to process 7 articles published domestically and overseas from 1990 to 2007 that reported on the treatment of congenital blepharoptosis by the resection of levator muscle and the frontalis petal suspension. Result The curative rates of the two surgical techniques have significant difference, but the effective rates have not, the combined--OR and 95% confidence region are separately as follow：0.30 （0.13, 0.17）, 0.39 （0.12,1.24）. Conclusion The clinical effect in treatment of congenital blepharoptosis, especially sever congenital blepharoptosis in child, by the frontalis petal suspension is better than the another surgical technique.
