关节清理术后注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎32例临床分析

Joint clean--up after sodium hyaluronate injection on knee osteoarthritis clinical analysis of 32 cases

目的：观察关节清理术后注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：严格注意手术指征，选择骨性关节炎病例32例35膝，左膝9例，右膝20例，双膝3例，采用关节清理术，且术后腔内注射透明质酸钠20mg，每周1次，共5次1个疗程。结果：VAS疼痛程度及Lysholm膝关节评分系统治疗前后比较，有非常显著性差异（P〈O．01），治疗优良率62．86％，总有效率为91．42％。结论：在条件较差的基层医院，关节清理术后注射透明质酸钠是治疗膝骨性关节炎的一种较好的方法。

Objective： To observe the joint clean--up after sodium hyaluronate injection on knee osteoarthritis clinical effica- cy. Methods.. The strict attention to surgical indications, choice of osteoarthritis knee 35 cases 32 cases, nine cases of left knee, right knee in 20 cases, three cases of knees, the joint clean--up operation, and after sodium hyaluronate injection 20mg week 1, a total of S times a course of treatment. The results： VAS pain level and Lysholm knee scoring system before and after treat- ment, there are very significant difference （ P d0. 01）, treatment of the excellent rate of 62.86%, the total effective rate was 91.42%. Conclusion： The poor condition of the grass-roots level in the hospital, joint clean--up after injection of sodium hya- luronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis a better way.
