施佩特关节腔注射配合中药熏洗痛点阻滞治疗骨性关节炎45例疗效观察

目的：膝关节骨性关节炎是临床常见的退行性关节软骨疾病，多发于老年人，主要表现为膝关节疼痛，活动受限，严重影响日常工作和生活。2007年10月-2008年10月，笔者以关节腔内注射施沛特配合通经活络洗剂（我科自配方）熏洗痛点阻滞综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎45例，分析老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法：对45例老年膝关节骨关节炎均采用关节腔注射施佩特，关节周围使用中药薰洗，痛点阻滞，所有病例均得到随访。结果：45例患者疼痛全部减轻，关节活动功能及关节的肿胀明显改善。结论：关节腔内注射施佩特，并结合关节周围熏洗痛点阻滞疗法，治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎时可取得满意疗效。

Objective： Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical degenerative articular cartilage disease, multiple in the elder- [y, mainly for knee pain, activity limitation, seriously affect the day--to--day work and life. October 2007--October 2008, the author measures to intra--articular injection with the pass by the active facilities lotion （I Division since formula） Washing block pain point combined treatment of knee osteoarthritis in 45 cases, analysis of older knee degenerative articular treatment of osteo- arthritis. Methods： 45 cases of knee osteoarthritis in elderly are Spith intra--articular injection, joint around the use of Chinese herb fumigation, pain points, block, all patients were followed- up. Results： 45 cases of all patients to alleviate pain, joint function and significant improvement in joint swelling. Conclusion： The intra--articular injection of Spth, combined with joint pain points around the block Washing therapy, the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in elderly may achieve a satisfactory effect.
