表面改性提高氯化亚铜抗氧化性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用有机包覆剂对氯化亚铜进行表面改性,通过实验确定了表征氯化亚铜抗氧化性的定量方法——在特定环境(潮湿空气)中样品纯度随时间的变化关系。试验了不同包覆剂的改性效果,对筛选出的包覆剂作了用量、包覆时间、包覆温度对氯化亚铜抗氧化性能影响的研究。结果表明:表面包覆能减缓氯化亚铜在湿度约70%的空气中的氧化速率,提高其抗氧化性能,其中以柠檬酸的效果最佳。最后采用电子探针分析和红外光谱法,研究了有机包覆剂对氯化亚铜表面改性的效果及可能机理。 Surface of cuprous chloride was modified by organic coating agents. A quantitative analysis method, i. e. variation relationship between sample purity and time at a specific environment (moisture-laden air) ,used to characterize the inoxidizability of cuprous chloride was confirmed by experiments. Modification effects of different coating agents were also investigated. In allusion to all the selected coating agents, another study on the influence of amount of coating agent, coating time,and coating temperature on anti-oxidizability of cuprous chloride was carried out. Result showed that surface covering can slow down oxidation rate of cuprous chloride in the air (humidity is about 70%) ,and improve its capability of antioxi- dation at the same time. It also found that citric acid was the best coating agent. EPMA and IR were employed to investigate modification effects and possible modifying mechanism of organic coating agents to cuprous chloride.
