摘要 新型余热回收湿法脱硫除尘工艺技术(NDD法)是在总结中国诸多硫化碱企业脱硫除尘基础上,研发的一套新型余热回收一级重力除尘二级湿法脱硫除尘设施一体化装置工艺技术。本着余热回收、硫化碱废液循环利用(以废治废)、湿法脱硫除尘的理念,进行了科技攻关,实践证明该套工艺装置应用效果明显,投资少,运行成本低,余热回收改进了硫化碱工艺,提高了产品质量,脱硫除尘系统运行简单,达到了环保目标。 New type wasteheat recovery,wet method desulfurization and dust removal technology (NDD method) is an integrated technology, which including waste heat recovery facility, gravitational dust collection facility, and wet method desulfurization dust removal facility. It was developed by summing up a lot of experiences of desulfurization and dust removal from many Chinese akali sulfide enterprises. Based on the principles of wasteheat reeovering)akali sulfide wastewater recycling ( treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another) as well as desulfurization and dust removing by wet method, hard-nut problems had been tackled on the strength of science and technology. Practice has proved that this whole set of technology has good application effect ,investment is less, and running cost is also very low. Waste heat recovery technique has improved the process of akali sulfide and product quality. Running of desulfurization and dust removal was simple and reached the environmental protection goal.
