摘要
研究有机导电纤维应用方法对织物抗静电性能的影响。选择长丝嵌入与短纤混纺、单向嵌入与双向嵌入、有机导电纤维均匀分布与集中分布、机织物与针织物为研究对象,分别测试了织物的表面摩擦电荷密度,结果表明:有机导电纤维长丝嵌入比短纤混纺、双向分布比单向分布、均匀分布比集中分布更有利于提高织物的抗静电性能。织物的组织结构对织物的抗静电性能也有影响。
Effect of organic conductive fibre using method on fabric antistatic property was studied. Friction charge density of fabric surface were tested by choosing filament implanting & staple blending spinning,one-way & two-way implanting,even & concentrative distribution of organic conductive fibre,woven & knitted fabric. The result shows that filament implanting is better than that' of staple blending spinning,two-way implanting is better than that of one-way implanting ,even distribution is better than that of concentrative distribution. Fabric texture structure effect fabric antistatic property in a degree as well.
