摘要
自主创新的重要性几乎人人皆知,但自主创新与追随创新究竟有何不同,对管理究竟会带来何种挑战,至今还没有学者对此进行深入研究。本文以制药工业案例为研究对象,对自主创新(创制药物研发)和追随创新(仿制药物研发)的本质差异和衍生差异进行了系统考察,并为中国制药工业适应这些差异及挑战提出了相应的建议。
Almost everyone knows the importance of independent innovation. However, almost no scholar deeply researches the differences between independent innovation and imitative innovation, and the induced managing challenges of independent innovation. This paper choose the pharmaceutical industry as case study object, systematically researches the internal and derivative differences of independent innovation (New Entity Drug Development) and imitative innovation (Generic Drug Development), and then supply some strategic recommendations for the government and firms.
