摘要 1986-1988年,在大田、盆裁、水培条件下,对16个籼粳不同类型水稻品种的籽粒含水率、灌浆速率、相对生长率、呼吸强度等进行了研究。结果表明:(1)抽穗后水稻籽粒含水率的动态过程可分为缓慢下降,迅速下降、平稳下降三个时期;(2)籽粒含水率与灌浆速率呈单峰偏态曲线,在籽粒含水率50-55%时段灌浆速率出现最大值,籽粒停止灌浆的临界含水率为20%左右;(3)籽粒含水率与籽粒相对生长率、呼吸强度均呈指数关系,相关指数均达到极显著水平。 This research was conducted in 1986-1988 with 16 different rice varieties (Oryza sativa L. indica or japonica) under field, pot and solution culture conditions. The objective was to study the relationships of the grain water content (GWC), the relative growth rate (RGR) and the respiratory rate of grain (RRG). The results were as follows: 1. The dynamic changes of GWC after anthesis could be divided into 3 periods, i.e., slow, steep and steady decrease periods. 2. The curve of the filling rate in response to GWC was of non-normal distribution with a single climax at 50 to 55 percent GWC. The filling of grain ended when the GWC was 20 percent. It might be true that 20 percent GWC was the critica/level for grain filling. 3. The relationships of GWC to the RGR and the RRG could be described as exponential relation respectively. The correlation coefficients were significant at 0.01 probability level.
