132例糖尿病视网膜病变延迟眼底激光治疗的相关原因分析

Releveant reasons analysis of delayed laser treatment in 132 patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨132例糖尿病性视网膜病变（DR）患者未及时接受眼底激光治疗的原因。方法对施行眼底激光治疗的增生期糖尿病视网膜病变的患者132例进行问卷调查，了解患者延迟激光治疗的各种原因。结果医学相关原因为主要因素，占39．3％（57／145）；其他依次为个人心理因素，占30．3％（44／145）；社会家庭因素，占20．7％（30／145）；经济因素，占9．6％（14／145）。在各种原因中，位于前三位的依次为，因尚能视物而暂不愿行激光治疗（尚能视物），占14．5％（21／145）；担心激光治疗会影响视力（不信激光），占13．8％（20／145）；不知道眼底病变可以激光治疗（不知可治）和受错误的社会宣传误导而未行激光治疗（误导），均为12．4％（18／145）。结论在全社会范围加强糖尿病性视网膜病变的科普知识宣传，正确引导增生前期DR患者及时接受激光治疗，是防止视力丧失、提高生活质量的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the reasons why patients suffering diabetic retinopathy （DR） don＇t undergo laser-treatment in time.Methods 132 patients with severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy （NPDR）were interviewed with a questionnaire concerning medical,economic,social and psychological factors.Results The medical-related factors were the main factors, accounting for 39.3% （57/145）;followed by other individual psychological factors, 30.3% （44/145）, social family factor, 20.7% （ 30/145 ）and economic factors 9.6% （14/145）.In the lists of detailed reasons, ＇still able to see something＇ ranked the first （14.5%） （21/145 ）,＇don＇t believe laser effects＇ 13.8% （20/145）and ＇don＇t know that eye diseases can be treated and were mislead by false information ＇ were followed （ 12.4 % ） （ 18/145 ）.Conclusion We should educate diabetie patients about DR knowledge and clarify the role of laser treatment in time for DR in order to prevent Vision loss and to improve the quality of life of patients with DR.
