PAST,PRESENT AND FUTURE OF BONE GRAFTING

摘要 目的了解骨移植的过去、现在和未来发展趋势。方法广泛回顾国内外近年骨移植领域的发展历程,明确未来发展趋势。结果骨移植经历300多年漫长发展,现在已形成自体骨、异体骨、异种骨、人工合成骨和复合骨等多种骨移植形式,自体骨和异体骨移植仍占主要地位;未来骨移植将进一步优化材料设计,细胞、生长因子与各种支架材料复合构建理想复合骨移植材料,将成为重要发展方向。结论实现快速骨整合和生理性骨重建是骨移植的发展趋势。 Objective To study the past, present and future of bone grafting.Methods Related literature on bone grafting in recent years was extensively reviewed.Results Bone grafting had a history over 300 years, a variety of bone grafting candidates including autografting, allografting, xenografting, synthetic and composite bone grafting had been utilized in clinical orthopedics at present.But bone autografting and allografting represented the preferred alternatives for bone grafting.It would be important trend in bone grafting to ful ll the optimizing design of biomaterials and constructing composite bone substitutes with cells, factors and sca olds.Conclusion The future bone grafting might be focused on how to achieve the goal of the rapid osseointegration as well as the physiological bone reconstruction.
