免疫细胞功能检测法及其在器官移植中应用的现状 被引量：1

摘要 在器官移植的临床工作中，评估患者免疫状态的主要目的为：（1）在免疫系统对移植物造成损伤之前，及早地预测急、慢性排斥反应的发生；（2）评价患者的免疫抑制水平，调整免疫抑制药物的种类和剂量，达到个体化治疗的目的；（3）判断免疫抑制药物减量的安全性，以减轻药物的肾毒性及减少感染的发生。免疫细胞功能检测法（利用Cylex公司的ImmuKnow^TM试剂盒进行检测）是为测定接受免疫抑制药物治疗患者的总体免疫反应状态而设计的，该产品于2002年4月2日由美国食品药品管理局（FDA）批准，并开始应用于临床。该方法采用了细胞激活、
