There exist different kinds of de-Q circuit, shch as de-Q circuit with RBRC loss, high effciency de-Q circuit feeding en- ergy back to power supply E0, and low voltage feedback de-Q circuit feeding energy to storage capacitance Cx. In this paper, a ne- west de-Q circuit feeding energy back directly to pulse forming network （PFN） is introduced. It is the optimum circuit for pulse-to- pusle amplitude stabilization of soft tube modulator in the optical wideband time-delay matching circuit.
