摘要
阵面电源的保护电路关系到阵面电源的可靠性和安全性,关系到雷达的安全性和可靠性,文中提出了比较新颖的阵面电源的防浪涌电流的软启动电路、输入过欠压电路和缺相保护电路,并进行了仿真分析和试验研究,为阵面电源的设计提供了经验。
The safeguard circuit of the array panel power supply is of vital importance to the array panel power supply, and to the phased array radar too. This paper suggests a new surge current, input over-voltage, overe-voltage and off-phase safeguard circuit. The circuits are studied through experimental and simulation analysis. The study results provide experience for design and safe work of array panel power supply.
