新型国家金融安全理念与我国银行业对外开放实证分析

An Empirical Study on the Opening-up Practice of the Banking Sector in China Based on the New Concept of the NFS

新型金融安全理念强调主动融入全球经济,通过提升本国金融业竞争力和构筑地区金融防御体系来实现国家金融安全。在这一理念指导下,本文试图从银行业引进境外战略投资者、外资法人银行设立、外资进入对银行业效率的提升以及中资银行海外扩张四个方面,研究银行业对外开放同我国金融安全的关系,从而证明对外开放对于提升我国银行业竞争力、维护国家金融安全起到积极的作用。

The new concept of the national financial security （NFS） advocates to take the initiative to integrate into the world economy so as to enhance the competitiveness of the financial sector and establish the regional financial defense system. In this paper, we studied the correlations between the opening-up effects of the banking sector and the NFS, and found that the opening-up practice played an active role in promoting the como petiveness of the banking sector and maintaining NFS in China.
