摘要
尽管菲律宾经济有其独特的问题,但近年来经济快速增长显示拉莫斯以来菲律宾致力于推动经济社会改革成效渐现,其中所表现出来的四个特点特别值得关注,这些特点预示菲律宾经济增长长期拐点的显现。本文考察了菲律宾经济增长拐点与宏观经济管理、贸易政策、微观经济改革和政府治理的关系。
Notwithstanding its negative international images, the Philippine economy has been performing well in recent years. Four features of this recent growth performance deserve comment, which possible shows the appearance of the turning point of Philippine economic growth. The article examines the recent growth record, and its link to macroeconomic management, trade policy, microeconomic reform and governance.
